London Build 2017 has something for everyone

London Build 2017 takes place next month on October 25th & 26th at Olympia. The show brings together the entire construction industry from London and across the UK, combining a free to attend exhibition, conference and facilitating several networking sessions.

Alongside London Build is the Festival of Construction, which will be like a Who's Who of the construction, architecture, property and engineering industries. We have created an agenda to tie in everyone's busy workloads, whether you can make it out of the office or off site for 2 hours or the whole two days, there is something for everyone.

2016 saw over 12,000 visitors and over 150 exhibitors, London Build 2017 is doubling in size and will be the biggest and best event yet. A free ticket to the event includes access to multiple Summits and Zones including: Sustainability Summit, BIM & Digital Construction Summit, Off-site Construction Summit, Fire Safety Summit, The Skills Hub, Interiors & Fit-out Workshops, VR Zone and more.

London Build is the only show around to break down the construction industry to accommodate and coordinate networking for specific job titles and sectors. Day one will host networking sessions for London Property, Civil Engineering, Concrete Professionals, HVAC Professionals. Day two hosts sessions for Women in Construction, Facilities Management and more.

“Sustainability, like construction is a collaborative effort, no one person, business or product can do it on their own.  Events just as Build London enable those in the industry to keep up to date in an age of accelerating change, opportunity and ability to deliver.” Mat Roberts, Group Director of Sustainability Strategy, Interserve PLC

Over 150+ high-level speakers will be presenting over the two days, covering topics including: London Transport Infrastructure Update, UK Fire Safety in the Wake of Grenfell Tower, Building the Digital Future for Construction, The Core Issues Driving Sustainability in London, The Demand for New Models of Delivery – The Future of Offsite Housing, Time to Focus on the Building as a Product, Crossrail 2 – What to expect? Building 600 Units in 10 Months, Buildings Fit for the Future City of London, The UK Government and BIM, Heathrow Airport Limited – Expansion Plan

All conference and workshop attendees are presented with CPD certificates.

The show features exclusive contract and tender announcements from the largest projects within London from the residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors. The VIP lounge within the expo  holds the Meet the Buyer sessions, for meetings with procurement teams from major contractors, developers and local councils to create new business opportunities.
