Timber Expo Reports Record Visitors Numbers

Organisers of Timber Expo today announced the 2014 exhibition was the most successful in the event's four year history - with over 6,000 visitors attending the show.

Event Director, Loretta Sales said: "Timber Expo has grown year on year and this represents a 30% increase on the 2013 visitor numbers! There was a real buzz around the event which is now a truly international affair, with visitors travelling as far afield as Qatar, China, Ghana, Russia, Kuwait, India, Malaysia, Canada and New Zealand. Exhibitors came from over 30 countries to showcase innovations from across the globe."

Randstad CPE support Student Opportunities Fair

Randstad CPE are again this year supporting the Opportunities Fair at Portsmouth Guildhall on Saturday 18th October 10am – 3pm. In the main hall we will be available to inspire students to think about career opportunities in Construction, Property and Engineering and give apprenticeship advice.

It’s show time! WWEM 2014, Telford International Centre

With several new attractions, WWEM 2014, the international Water, Wastewater and Environmental Monitoring conference and exhibition, will be bigger and busier than ever before. The five previous WWEM events, which stretch back to 2005, have included conferences addressing testing and monitoring themes within the Process and Laboratory sectors, in addition to an international exhibition and scores of workshops.

NASC 2014 Safety & Health Expo Success at ExCel

The NASC exhibited with considerable success at the Safety & Health Expo, the UK’s largest health and safety event, which took place at London’s ExCel from 17 to 19 June. The confederation took the opportunity to showcase its recently published good practice guidance for tube and fitting scaffolding TG20:13, which was received with considerable interest by hundreds of construction and health and safety industry professionals who attended the show.

The confederation also used the event, which attracted some 40,000 visitors, to launch its NASC 2014 Safety Report, which was widely circulated at the Expo, with over 300 copies being distributed from the stand.
